Additional Formatting

Changing Cell Alignment
Highlight the data range B2 through F2.


    You can do this by dragging your mouse "plus" cursor from B2 to F2.

Click the Center Button which is on the format toolbar

    Excel centers the headings in the highlighted cells.

Unformatting Cells

Click cell A3


    Excel's AutoFormating changed this cell's font style to bold italic. We want to change it normal bold.

Click the Italic button which is on the format toolbar.


    Excel displays cell A3 in normal bold.
